Founded by directors Lee Martin and Angela Simpson, PIME was born from a shared passion for investing with integrity. With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial property, our portfolio has grown rapidly — but never at the expense of our core values: trust, transparency and social responsibility.
Our mission is simple: to deliver high-performing, secure property investments while uplifting the communities we work within. We specialise in sourcing, developing and managing property across Teesside and the wider North East — a region we know, love and are proud to call home.

As parents to a severely disabled child, our founders have first-hand experience of the challenges many families face. This perspective has shaped our unwavering commitment to inclusion, accessibility and giving back. From fundraising for local charities to creating real employment opportunities for young people and those with disabilities, social value sits at the heart of everything we do.
We are currently launching a care company in Teesside and Liverpool, with plans to develop assisted living facilities for vulnerable children — using properties from our own portfolio to provide safe, nurturing environments where they’re needed most.
