Lee Martin
DirectorLee’s journey into property investment began at just 20 years old, when his first purchase ignited a passion that would shape his future.
With a background in engineering and early experience in Teesside’s iconic steel and petrochemical industries, Lee went on to build a successful international career in the global offshore oil and gas sector.
But despite his career success, Lee’s real drive was always in property.
Over the past two decades, he has built an impressive track record — buying, refurbishing and selling properties throughout Teesside and beyond. His eye for value and attention to detail quickly made him a sought-after figure in the region’s investment scene.

Known for his hands-on approach, Lee is often on site personally overseeing refurbishments and conversions, ensuring that every project meets the high standards PIME is known for.
Angela Simpson
DirectorWith a strong background in business administration and experience working within some of Teesside’s largest manufacturing and engineering firms, Angela’s path into property took a deeply personal turn in 2008 when her son, Zane, was born with severe disabilities.
Driven by a powerful sense of determination and a desire to provide for her family, Angela channelled her energy into property — self-educating, learning the market from the ground up, and quickly showing a natural talent for buying, renovating and selling homes.
From 2010 onward, she built an impressive independent portfolio, and in 2017 joined forces with Lee — both in business and in life. Together, they’ve grown a personal portfolio now valued at over £4 million.
